USPS PRIORITY MAIL: $8.95 up to *1 pound. We are now offering USPS Priority mail
in an effort to provide our customers with a cost effective shipping method. All USPS orders have confirmed delivery but no tracking while on route. We will provide you with a tracking number if you enter the correct email address with your order. Priority mail takes from 1-3 days once your order has been shipped from Boston. REMEMBER THAT CUSTOM ENGRAVED ORDERS REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME BEFORE SHIPPING.
UPS OPTIONS: PLEASE BE AWARE THAT
CUSTOM ORDERS ADD A FEW DAYS IN ADDITION TO THE SHIP METHOD. CALL OR EMAIL IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL REQUEST.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please call or email with special requests for air shipping or time sensitive deliveries. In
order to guarantee shipment for a specific date, a rush or
handling charge may be added to the order.
ALASKA HAWAII: Orders will ship USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $10.00 up to *2 pounds. Adjustments for additional weights made at order processing.
RETURNS POLICY: We will accept returns with your sales receipt for 30 days from date of shipment. ITEM MUST BE
PACKED as it was shipped, and include a copy of your sales invoice. Compasses must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be prepaid, you should return with some
method of delivery confirmation and/or insurance for your own protection.
RESTOCK FEE: 20% after 30 days. Please call if returning item after 30 days.
CORPORATE and VOLUME ORDERS: Custom orders can not be returned. Samples can be provided. Returns for non custom volume orders require a return authorization by phone or email and will incur a 20% restocking, handling fee.
CUSTOM ENGRAVED ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (We offer engraving and customization purely as a convenience, and are unable to accept them as returns. If you are not sure about an item you should consider engraving locally after receipt).
* Packages over 1 pound incur a surcharge per pound of additional weight.
